I have been waiting and the Customer Service reps do not want to assist you. I have been waiting to get paid. This is totally ridiculous. Why should it take more than 7 to 10 business days. This transaction has been ongoing since Nov 28th and I still have not received news, On the 4th od Dec I was told to resubmit documents only after I called. Now they keep saying it is pending.
