Gaming Innovation Group (GiG), one of the leading technology companies in the iGaming industry, has just signed a new partnership deal with Volt Technologies.
This open banking solutions provider will help GiG implement new payment solutions to its B2B services, thus improving the efficiency of its B2B operations.
Improving the Infrastructure:
GiG has shown dedication and consistency when it comes to improving the quality of their services as well as their products. One of the latest steps they’ve taken towards this effort is a partnership deal with Volt Technologies. The latter is a technology company specialized in open banking solutions that will start offering advanced payment systems for GiG and their clients. Online casinos associated with the brand will now be able to access faster payment methods in a variety of different markets.
The open banking technology is regulated by PSD2 European Union electronic payment services regulations.

...are mandating banks to open up APIs to licensed third parties. This will undoubtedly speed up transactions and the overall financial operations within the iGaming industry. By gaining access to these APIs, Volt Technologies is capable of tapping into customer’s banking data and initiating payments as a 3rd party institution. Although somewhat intrusive, such practices can greatly improve the quality of services and overall user experience while they enjoy their favorite slot games.
Ben Clemes said, GiG’s chief commercial officer, shared his thoughts regarding the new deal: “We are happy to have partnered with Volt for open source banking, its features align with GiG’s increased focus towards platform services, providing our partners with superior technical solutions to reach their goals. Gaining access to highly accurate data that comes directly from the customer’s bank will become a game-changer for know-your-customer and compliance-related processes.”

GiG is yet to announce when these new technologies will go live across their network. However, the launch date is likely to be soon.
