so i downloaded and made a typographical error and decided to play with a 20 credit that magically appeared in my account and an HOUR later when someone from support finally responded and i was able to ask them about it they said i was not able to receive the full 40 no deposit bonus because they cant modify a bonus once it has started even though this was an "exceptional case"... exceptional case at Spartan Slots apparently equals less than exceptional customer service..
