Don't know that I've ever played at this Casino but I couldn't get the "not a robot" word and my account was locked. I'm 80% blind so I depend on a seeing A.I. which struggles with those as well.. I asked to speak with someone about it and was told no I'm perceived as a security risk and they don't want me holding an account there.
